Shipping + Policies

Shipping:


Our primary shipper is UPS and we also use the US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class. Shipping to the 48 states is included in our price for most items. Shipping to Alasks and Hawaii can cost extra please call or email for pricing 609-585-4127.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please call for rates and availability. Shipping within the State of NJ or orders that are picked up pay 6.65% sales tax.

Shipping to Canada is by US Postal Service Air Mail Letter Post Registered or Parcel Post insured.  Please note Canadian residents are responsible for duty & taxes.  Please check your local postal system for rates. Shipping to other International destinations is available.  Please email for rates.

Processing:

Most of our orders are processed within two business day and most time within one day.   Shipping days are Monday - Friday.   All engraved or personalized items are shipped direct from the manufactuer.

Ordering:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks & Money Orders.  You have options on how to place your order. You can order on-line with a secure server, or call John at Pets We Love 609-585-4127 or mail your order with your credit card information, personal check or money order to Pets we Love c/o Basil-Ltd.Com, 345 Merrick Road, Robbinsville, NJ. 08691.    

Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days from date of delivery. Please e-mail for Return Authorization Number.  All items must be returned in new unused, unaltered condition. We will happily exchange or issue refund or credit for your purchase minus shipping charges (while all items are shipped for free, the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the original purchase). Any item that is refused from our carrier will also be charged a 10% restocking fee in additional to the shipping charge.  Engraved or personalized items are not returnable. 

Simply e-mail customer service maryloga@optonline.net for a Return Authorization Number to place on your package. You are responsible for repackaging the items (please take extra care with fragile items) and ensuring safe return (i.e. Please send USPS Insured, Global Priority or UPS).  Items not authorized for return will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Security:  Powerful Encryption Protects Your Data Your personal information and credit card information are encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the Internet. To further protect your data, your credit card information is always stored in encrypted form in a database that is away from our Web site database.
