A good rule of thumb is 1 pound of body weight equals 1 cubic inch of cremains.  So if your pet weighed 25 pounds under normal, healthy conditions, you would select a pet urn that was at least 25 cubic inches.  Our pet urns have sizes noted in the descriptions.

Most of our pet cremation urns provide a means of personalizing.  Instructions are noted in the descriptions where applicable.

It actually depends on what item you order.  Many of our items are shipped within 48 hours after your order is placed.  Some items can take up to two weeks.  Shipping times are stated in each of the items descriptions.

To find an urn for your particular breed of dog or cat, first check out the Figurine Urns for dog breeds and cats.  If you cannot find your particular breed of dog or cat there, then visit our Ceramic Pet Urn section.

Choose one of our Photo Urn or Framed Urns where you can put your favorite photo of your beloved best friend and personalize it with a nameplate.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit cards.  We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Cashier's Check or Money Order.

Personal check.  However, your item will not be shipped until the check has cleared your bank (anywhere between 3 and 10 business days).

Whether you order your item online, by phone or mail, your credit card is charged within forty-eight hours of your order. Orders are subject to credit card verification and acceptance before shipping.

All items ship for free in the USA.

How will the urns be shipped?  (check on granite memorials)
Depending on the size, most of our items are shipped via UPS. In some cases we ship via USPS.  You will be notified when your item has shipped and when to expect it and who the carrier is. Depending on the location it will usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.

How do I seal my urn?
Our wooden urns have screws located on the bottom for you to tighten and secure once the ashes are placed inside.  In order to seal our ceramic urns you will need to use a regular epoxy adhesive that you can purchase from any hardware store.

What if I am not satisfied with the item after I receive it?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you may return it to us; we allow 14 days for you to send it back. We will then credit your account for the amount of the urn. You will only have to pay for the shipping. Exceptions are photo engraved items.
